About Us

We are parents and educators in this community, and we've been blessed to watch Bergen County grow into something really special, with more young families putting down roots and raising their children here.

But as our own kids have gotten older, we've felt a gap alongside so many of you: not enough local co-ed high school options to match how much our community has grown. We've sat where you're sitting, and that's why we're building something new.

Our approach is simple. Listen first, build second.

We're sitting down with fellow parents, educators, and community members — through working sessions, surveys, and open conversations — because the best schools are the ones a community helps create together.

Mission

To provide Bergen County's growing Jewish community with a co-educational Modern Orthodox high school — one that is built collaboratively with the families and community it serves.

Our Path to Opening

Five phases. One community.
Built together, step by step.

We're building Yeshiva High School Project step by step, in full view of the community that asked for it. Here's where we've been, where we are, and what's still ahead.

1
Phase 1

Vision & Community Validation

Confirming real demand and defining our mission — grown out of founding conversations and community surveying.

2
Phase 2

Foundation Building

Assembling our founding team and board, establishing our legal structure, and setting the operational framework.

Up Next
3
Phase 3

Academic & Program Design

Developing our curriculum with input from families and educators, and finalizing secular and Judaic studies leadership.

4
Phase 4

Site Selection & Infrastructure

Securing a location, planning our facilities, and preparing the physical foundation for opening day.

5
Phase 5

Enrollment & Launch

Opening formal admissions, finalizing faculty, and welcoming our founding class through the doors.

We're currently in Phase 1 of 5. Targeting an opening in the next 2–3 years.
